Zelofreight began in 1994 as a two-person operation in Milan handling gallery consignments that the large forwarders were quoting away. That reputation — for taking the difficult brief and returning it intact — is still the whole business.
Today we operate across 61 countries with direct agency in every major freeport, and hold client assets under continuous audit in Geneva, Zurich and Singapore. We remain deliberately mid-sized: large enough to hold capacity on the lanes that matter, small enough that your account manager answers their own phone.
Every transfer of responsibility is recorded, timestamped and signed. If a consignment changes hands, you can see when, where and to whom — years later.
We decline work we cannot do properly. A forwarder who accepts everything is a forwarder subcontracting quietly, and that is where consignments go wrong.
